Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator 

Reports to: Senior Manager of CX Ops & Analytics 

Compensation Range: $110,000-120,000 + 10% Bonus (Depending on Experience)   

Location: Remote (US-based)

Position Overview 

The Operations & Analytics team supports several systems that facilitate the sales and customer service processes at Quid such as opportunity management, pricing, onboarding, and renewals. Salesforce is our primary GTM system. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to completely own and manage our Salesforce instance. Our Salesforce environment includes Sales Cloud and a growing ecosystem of integrated tools such as NetSuite, Dealhub, Celigo, HubSpot and Looker. We support 100+ users across the company.  

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing Sales and Customer Service processes within our CRM and supporting accurate record keeping required for financial reporting. This is a high visibility position, and you will play a key role in operationalizing our strategy. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and maintenance. 

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Services, Finance, and Technical Program Managers to gather business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications. 

  • Conduct audits of fields, objects and flows and optimize the instance to eliminate technical debt, improve performance and enhance user experience. 

  • Create and maintain documentation about Salesforce fields and processes 

  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with third-party tools, particularly with NetSuite, Dealhub and marketing automation tools 

  • Stay up to date on Salesforce updates, new releases and best practices.  

  • Make recommendations for changes and improvements to our CRM and field / sales teams processes connected to CRM.  

  • Proactively monitor Salesforce for errors, system performance issues, and data discrepancies, and troubleshoot problems as they arise 

  • Manage configuration of new and existing Salesforce features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, and other 3rd party applications. 

  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, increase productivity, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. 

Requirements  

  • 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or architect role in technology companies with SaaS/service business models 

  • Hands-on experience building APEX, Flows, custom objects 

  • Possess in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CRM application architecture, particularly implementations in SaaS/services companies 

  • Experience with key integrations such as Celigo, Looker, Dealhub, and marketing automation tools. 

  • Experience with third party change management tools such as Gearset 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams. 

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including participation in sprint planning to ensure the efficient delivery of Salesforce solutions 

  • Possesses the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolving issues quickly while being detail oriented. 

  • Salesforce Basic and Advanced Certifications (Advanced Administrator certification, Advanced Developer or Platform II certification) 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
