Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead the implementation of marketing strategies across various digital channels, including email, social media, organic, and paid channels. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in executing successful paid search strategies and enhancing online presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across email, social media, organic, and paid channels.
    • Evaluate and refine existing marketing campaigns for optimal performance.
  • Paid Search Strategy Execution:
    • Oversee the execution of paid search strategies, focusing on continuous improvement and optimization.
    • Collaborate with the agency currently managing Google Ads to enhance and modernize existing campaigns.
  • Campaign Maintenance:
    • Monitor and manage ongoing campaigns, ensuring they meet performance goals and objectives.
    • Conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Google Ads Management:
    • Collaborate with the agency managing Google Ads to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
    • Identify areas for improvement and work towards implementing more sophisticated strategies over time.
  • Optimization and Innovation:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
    • Propose and implement innovative strategies to enhance the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
    • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across digital channels.
  • Strong background in paid search strategy execution, particularly with Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with email marketing through Klaviyo, social media, and organic search optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and vendors.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Must live in the Philippines
