The position

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Workday HCM, with strong expertise in report writing, time tracking, business process (BP) configuration and Integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of HR operations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Configuration & Administration:

  • Implement and maintain Workday HCM modules, with a focus on Time Tracking

  • Perform Business Process (BP) configurations to meet business requirements.

  • Ensure system optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements

Report Writing & Data Analysis:

  • Design and develop custom and ad-hoc reports in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.

Workday Implementation & Enhancements:

  • Lead or support Workday enhancements and new feature releases, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality.

Stakeholder Management & Support:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, providing guidance and support to HR teams.

  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT to gather requirements and implement system changes.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Work closely with HR teams to ensure alignment between Workday configurations and HR policies/processes.

  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience working with Workday HCM.

  • Expertise in Report Writing, Time Tracking, and BP Configurations.

  • Experience in Workday enhancements/releases and system optimizations.

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and workflows.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday certifications in relevant modules.

  • Experience working in a global or enterprise environment.

  • Knowledge of other Workday modules (e.g., Integrations, Compensation, Absence Management) is a plus.
