πŸ›  Key Responsibilities

πŸ›  Custom Development & Configuration

  • Customize and develop Salesforce NPSP Sales and Service Cloud features, including objects, fields, layouts, record types, and user interfaces.
  • Build and maintain Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex classes/triggers.
  • Automate business processes using Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder.
  • Design and configure queues, assignment rules, Omni-Channel routing, and approval processes to streamline operations.

πŸ”§ Administration & Support

  • Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity and system performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system reliability.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements.

πŸ”— Integration & Reporting

  • Integrate Salesforce with external platforms using APIs or middleware.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and complex reports to support business decision-making.
  • Support CTI system integrations and customer service workflows.


🎯 Required Qualifications & Experience

βœ… Must-Have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Strong command of Apex (classes, triggers, test coverage).
  • Proficiency in LWC and Aura Components.
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features and data models.
  • Experience with Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder.
  • Solid grasp of Salesforce API integrations and data tools.
  • Experience with reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on with GitHub or Bitbucket, version control and Gearset.
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows (Jira, Bitbucket).

  • Experience with CTI integrations.
  • Experience customizing UI with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Salesforce certifications such as:

  • Platform Developer I (preferred)
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
