Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers, negotiating commercial terms.
  • Develop and maintain a structured sales funnel, engaging potential clients at all stages.
  • Foster long-term partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth customer onboarding under KYC/KYB policies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet business targets and support expansion.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on WhiteBIT’s products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement through cross-selling and upselling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the crypto or fintech sectors.
  • Strong ability to build and manage sales pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and achieve business targets.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML policies, and B2B onboarding processes.
  • Passion for cryptocurrencies, trading, and blockchain technology.
  • English level - C1
