Job Requirements:

  • Experience in HR & Administration: 2.55 years of experience in HR roles, including recruitment, payroll, and data management. 
  • Payroll Expertise: Proficiency in Paylocity or similar payroll systems, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance. 
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with prescreening candidates, grading applicants, and managing recruitment databases. 
  • CRM Skills: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM systems, with a focus on pipeline management and automation. 
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with internal teams and clients. 
  • Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and propose thoughtful solutions to challenges. 
  • Creative Support Experience: Basic experience in content creation or editing is preferred but not required.

Core responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes using Paylocity, ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential salary payments for internal and client teams. 
  • Recruitment Support: Conduct candidate prescreening via email and phone, grade applicants against set criteria, schedule interviews, and maintain a well-organized recruitment database. 
  • CRM Management: Manage and optimize CRM workflows in GoHighLevel, ensuring seamless pipeline tracking, automation, and communication efficiency. 
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain confidential HR records, ensuring accessibility and compliance with data management standards. 
  • Internal & Client Communications: Craft professional email correspondence, attend video meetings, and maintain open communication channels with team members and clients. 
  • Problem Solving & Recommendations: Identify operational challenges, provide actionable solutions, and suggest improvements to streamline HR processes. 
  • Content/Creative Support: Collaborate with teams to edit and create content supporting internal initiatives and external client needs.
