Job description

Location: Remote, US

The Senior Product Manager will lead the evolution of our Omnichannel Communication Hub, driving feature development and optimization to increase adoption and impact. We are looking for an innovative product manager who seeks to enhance patient and provider experiences by delivering a tool that ensures seamless, timely, and meaningful communication across multiple channels. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at Natera to build solutions that address pain points for internal users and enhance the user experience, ultimately delivering significant business value.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities with internal stakeholders to scope new features that can deliver business value

  • Evaluate communication solutions and technical approaches, considering both buy vs. build solutions to balance outcome and speed-to-market

  • Collaborate with SMEs across Natera to plan for operational changes driven by new platform and features to deliver seamless user experiences

  • Drive innovation and product strategy, create/maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features based on internal and external feedback to optimize user experience

  • Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities; analyze relevant data to drive decision-making

  • Provide detailed requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows), prioritize backlogs, participate/facilitate scrum ceremonies and help define technical solutions with off-shore scrum teams

  • Partner with UX designers, engineers and QA to deliver seamless user experiences that meet both business and user needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, or digital product management.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, healthtech, biotech, or communications is a plus..

  • Direct, hand-on experience with developing and launching communication tools. Twilio experience is a plus. 

  • Ability to dive deep into complex problems and come up with creative, scalable solutions.

  • Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to work and influence cross functional teams; effective at building rapport with key stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions. Proficiency in BI tools (ex. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.  

  • Experience working in an agile development environment; prior experience leading and influencing remote engineering teams

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
