Job description

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, with core working hours overlapping Mountain Time (MT) and Philippine Standard Time (PST).
Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time.

About the Company

Our client is a real estate investment company focused on acquiring, renovating, and managing properties to provide investors with excellent tax-adjusted and risk-adjusted returns through real estate.

Role Overview
As an Acquisitions Analyst, you will work closely with the Acquisitions Manager to support the execution of the firm’s investment strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring multi-family real estate properties, contributing directly to the client’s mission of delivering exceptional returns to investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investment Sourcing: Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry professionals to source new opportunities.
  • Market Research and Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and financial analysis to evaluate the viability of potential acquisitions.
  • Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by gathering and evaluating property, market, and financial data.
  • Investment Committee Preparation: Prepare comprehensive memos and presentations to communicate investment analysis and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of acquisition activities and performance metrics.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in projects to enhance and innovate investment strategies and processes.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1-5 years of experience in real estate analysis, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with real estate software platforms.
  • Experience working in real estate investment or advisory firms.
