Job description

About Tava Health:

Tava Health is a dynamic startup on a mission to transform mental healthcare and expand access to quality care. We're seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join us as Provider Growth Associates. This is more than just an entry-level sales role; it's a chance to be a key player in a rapidly growing company, directly impacting how mental health providers build their practices and connect with those in need. If you're passionate about making a difference and eager to grow your career in a fast-paced environment, Tava Health is the place for you.

Your Opportunity:

As a Provider Growth Associate, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our network of therapists and counselors. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding providers through the process of starting or growing their private practices with the help of our powerful SaaS platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your drive for achieving goals with your passion for mental health.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries (100+ monthly) from providers eager to learn how Tava Health can support their practice.
  • Conduct 30+ engaging and informative meetings each week, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each provider. You'll consider factors like their license type, where they are in their practice journey, and their location.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with providers through consistent communication and support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Consistently meet and exceed your weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, playing a vital role in Tava Health's overall growth.

What You'll Gain:

  • Valuable Sales Experience: Develop strong consultative selling skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Become an expert in the mental healthcare landscape and the challenges faced by providers.
  • Professional Growth: We're committed to your development and offer opportunities to advance your career within Tava Health.
  • Meaningful Impact: Help therapists and counselors build successful practices, ultimately expanding access to mental health care in your community.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Highly motivated to achieve goals and driven to continuously improve.
  • A natural communicator with the ability to connect with others easily.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with excellent follow-through.
  • Eager to learn, embrace challenges, and possesses a strong work ethic.
  • Passionate about mental health and increasing access to care.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in consultative sales is a plus, but we encourage motivated entry-level candidates to apply.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
  • Confidence, adaptability, and a willingness to develop new skills.
  • Proficiency in communicating effectively via Zoom, phone, and email.
