Job description

The Customer Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and product guidance to our commercial real estate investment clients. This role supports our software platforms including Commercial Investor Pro (CIP) and Commercial Deal Finder (CDF).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage support requests via GoHighLevel queue, email, and Skool.com platform
  • Guide clients through software login and navigation
  • Handle technical support escalations via phone or zoom when needed
  • Document common issues and solutions
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous customer support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and explain technical concepts
  • Detail-oriented problem-solving approach
  • Must be a pro-active individual and willing to problem solve on the job
  • Professional demeanor with high-value clients
  • Comfortable working in virtual environment
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work

  • Experience with ClickUp
