We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of technology solutions. In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure the project's objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs

  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs

  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

  • Act as the main point of contact for our clients and provide regular updates to clients.

  • Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure project teams have the necessary tools and support.

  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and providing regular financial updates.

  • Enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including action items and project status reports.

  • Regularly travel within the MENA region as required to collaborate with on-site teams and support project needs.
