Mountain Pacific is a Montana based, non-profit Quality Improvement Organization who performs a wide variety of healthcare quality improvement projects. We have a contractual relationship with a large corporation named Deloitte who has work with the Department of Defense to do quality improvement reviews for the military healthcare system. Deloitte subcontracted with us to do peer review of health care provided to service members and their dependents. We therefore need a wide variety of health care professionals to be peer reviewers.
We are looking for Peer Reviewer - Surgeon (Contract Remote)
To be eligible to perform reviews, you need to meet the following criteria:
Mandatory: Actively practicing, at least 20 hours a week on average
Mandatory: Board certified in your specialty
Willing to do federal Department of Defense work
We appreciate if you are a veteran and would let us know that
You will be performing primarily medical necessity, standard of care and quality of care reviews
Available to start onboarding and performing reviews immediately
If you meet this criteria, Mountain Pacific will engage you in an independent contract relationship in which you will be paid per review based on the following table:
Payment per review is dependent on review type: $125 - $600
