As the Paid Search Associate you will: 
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the setup and management of Paid Search campaigns, contributing to account setup, keyword optimization, and ad copy testing.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct routine audits, and provide insights to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with best practices. Contribute to campaign optimization efforts by refining keyword selections, conducting ad copy tests, and supporting bid and budget management.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize reporting and analytics tools to track campaign performance metrics on a regular basis and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Collaboration: Actively seek opportunities for mentorship, while “managing up” as necessary

  • Client Communication: Assist in tracking campaign results, analyzing data, and participating in client calls to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.

Professional Qualifications: 
  • 0-2 years of experience in Paid Media roles

  • Familiarity with Paid Search platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or similar advertising platforms

  • Basic understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and spreadsheet software

  • Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to interpret and analyze campaign performance data to drive recommendations

  • Strong attention to detail in campaign setup, keyword research, and ad copy creation

  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams with minimal oversight
