Job Summary:

The Onboarding Process Specialist will play a key role in supporting critical functions within the Onboarding & Integrations team. This position is designed to meet increasing demands for improving organizational processes, metric reporting, KPI reporting and ensuring collaboration and communication across partners and divisional accounting teams and leadership.  The Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring the Onboarding & Integrations team meets commitments and agreed upon goals and milestone dates. This role combines project management, accounting knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth execution of workstreams, projects and effective meetings for the Onboarding & Integrations team.

Key Objectives of the Role: The Onboarding Specialist will focus on:

· Communication: Ensure meetings with partners and divisional accounting teams and leadership are scheduled and in accordance with milestone dates. Lead internal status calls to ensure all stakeholders are assigned tasks and meeting due

dates. Prepare checklists, schedules, deliverables log and track for remediation and completion.

· Reporting: Responsible for creating data review reports and distributing them to appropriate team members for completion of tasks. Weekly review of reports with larger accounting team to set expectations for resolution.

· Collaboration: Partnering with Operational Excellence teams and divisional accounting teams regarding out of compliance workflows or new workflows identified through data review and discovery.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate accounting-related meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are invited, and the necessary materials are prepared. including assisting with scheduling of discovery and data review kick offs, and status, escalation and closing meetings.

· Take minutes during meetings, summarize key takeaways, and ensure that action items are tracked and completed. Build accounting reports from AMS and Workday and identify reportable criteria for monitoring and resolution.

· Participate in data system cleanup projects on an as needed basis. This could include pre and post conversion activity, data system review and cleanup and adhoc projects.

· Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task assignments. Monitor progress and adjust as necessary. Build and maintain Monday.com (or equivalent) boards for all teams.

· Document and create QRG’s for processes for all teams in accordance w/ standard Acrisure and ABS format and in conjunction w/ SOX Process and Control team. Ensure appropriate communication of QRGs to necessary team members.

· Assist earnout team with new partner template preparation and scheduling partner calls.

· Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of project progress, deadlines, and issues, including tracking team metrics.

Qualifications:

· Effective communication and presentation skills to various audiences.

· Ability to facilitate a group’s activities and discussions using a defined process.

· A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven approach to project management and meeting facilitation.

· High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.

· Ability to effectively collaborate within a team, including coordinating efforts via in person and via online communication tools

· Strong experience in creating and maintaining detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and controls.

· Education/Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· 3+ Years of Experience in project coordination or process documentation, ideally in an accounting or finance related role

· Familiarity with project management tools, Monday.com, preferred

· Prior experience in ABS or related insurance business, preferred.

· Prior experience in ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Workday and Applied Epic, preferred

· Demonstrated customer service excellence.
