Intelligrants Application Architect

Overview:

The Intelligrants Application Architect will play a pivotal role in the Disaster Recovery Unit by providing expert-level assistance in the design and implementation of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, specifically with Intelligrants grant management software, and possess hands-on experience with the installation of application packages for Python, Heroku PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Power BI.

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

• Collaborate with the stakeholders to design and enhance the use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management, ensuring the solution meets the complex requirements of State use.
• Lead the architectural efforts for integrating Intelligrants with existing systems and processes within the DRU.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of application packages including Python, Heroku PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Develop technical documentation and architectural diagrams to support design decisions and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams in implementing best practices for software architecture.
• Conduct system performance analysis and optimization to ensure scalability and reliability of the Intelligrants platform.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in grant management software and related technologies to recommend improvements and innovations

• Intelligrants Grant Management Software: Demonstrable expert-level experience in the architecture and design of Intelligrants grant management solutions.
• Application Package Installation: Proven experience with the installation and configuration of application packages for Python, Heroku PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

• Must possess problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
• Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
• Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
• Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
