The Services team works closely together to set PowerSchool customers up for ongoing success through post-implementation support, troubleshooting, consultation on system setup options, and training on features and functionality. The team offers cross-portfolio support, all while meeting organizational objectives for revenue, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
The Professional Development Specialist/ Instructional Designer is responsible for delivering and aiding in developing training and educational solutions for districts and schools within the Indianna Department of Education. This professional is self-motivated, quick to learn, articulates themselves well in front of a group of people, can work independently with little instruction, provides feedback to peers, has problem solving skills, and strives to make professional development a success for the customer. Additionally, this professional will work with other teams, directly with customers and with PowerSchool Special Programs.
This individual is a professional-class writer who can work undersome supervision to design, write, and maintain content for learning courses and materials for the adoption of PowerSchool Special Programs within the Indiana Department of Education and their identified Local Education Agencies. This individual is responsible for creating the
source content for all types of training materials, including agendas, handouts, presentations, eLearning storyboards, and othersupplementalresources. This position works to define and produce training curriculum that meets Indiana Department of Education’s needs and requirements for the adoption of PowerSchool Special Programs.
The Professional Services team plans, guides, and delivers client projects, all with the aim to meet timeline and budget expectations and achieve organizational goals.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $52,200 - $79,400 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
