Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in German for dating and social networking app users
• Assist users with account management and app navigation
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Educate users on app features and best practices
• Document customer inquiries and interactions accurately
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams to enhance user experience
• Stay informed on industry trends and consumer behavior

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Familiarity with dating and social networking applications is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
