  • Provide exceptional customer support in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) for food delivery inquiries

  • Educate customers on delivery policies and service offerings
  • Document customer interactions accurately for record-keeping
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Stay informed about food delivery trends and company promotions

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with food delivery platforms or logistics is a plus
  • Passion for food and customer satisfaction
