Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Assist customers with inquiries about fitness and sports equipment

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in fitness and sports equipment

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • No prior experience necessary; suitable for recent graduates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for fitness and sports
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service technologies is a plus
  • Open to learning and adapting in a dynamic work environment
  • Available for relocation to Greece (free relocation package provided)
