Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support in Dutch for dating and social networking app users via phone, email or chat
• Assist with account-related inquiries and app functionalities
• Troubleshoot issues, ensuring quick resolution for users
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve user experience
• Contribute to community guidelines and user safety initiatives

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
• Passion for and understanding of dating and social networking apps
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Team player with a proactive approach to customer service
