Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat

  • Work towards meeting department goals and KPIs while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about product offerings and updates to provide the best support possible

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the customer support field
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and client needs
