About the Role:
We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of our Southern California territory and help us scale across all channels (Retail, Club, Natural, Conventional, and On-Premise) in SoCal. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to be on the front lines of a high-growth, better-for-you beverage brand.
Reporting to our Sales Director, you’ll be the face of Caliwater in the field—managing relationships, executing promotions, and unlocking new doors across the region. This is a high-impact role with lots of room to grow as we expand. This role must be located in Los Angeles or Orange County.
