Job Title: Director of Demand Gen

Salary Range: $150K - $165K (200K OTE)
About the Company:
We are working with a B2B SaaS company transforming how events are planned and experienced. Their all-in-one event management platform helps event marketers create engaging and impactful conferences worldwide. They are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Director of Demand Gen to drive new business growth.
In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of paid search, ABM, SEO, outbound, and website conversion optimization—working closely with sales and product teams to fuel pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing demand gen strategies to hit revenue goals
Managing multi-channel campaigns (PPC, LinkedIn Ads, ABM, SEO, etc.)
Optimizing lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing spend
Aligning with sales to ensure high-quality leads and pipeline growth
Leveraging martech tools (HubSpot, Salesloft, SEMrush, etc.) to capture demand
Qualifications:
10+ years of marketing experience, with 5-8 years leading demand gen
Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, ABM, and lifecycle marketing
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and sales tools
Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
