Job description

Salted Stone, a fast-paced, full-service digital marketing agency, is adding a new full-time HubSpot Developer to our growing team. As a HubSpot Web Developer at Salted Stone, a HubSpot elite agency, your mission is to deliver high-quality, responsive, and dynamic web solutions that enhance our clients' digital presence. By leveraging your expertise in HubSpot CMS and WordPress development, you will create seamless, user-friendly websites, landing pages, and email templates that align with our clients' goals. You will drive the technical execution of projects, collaborating closely with designers and stakeholders to ensure that creative visions are translated into fully functional, optimized web experiences. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and evolving our development standards, contributing to the creation of reusable resources, and providing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. Through your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, you will support Salted Stone's mission of delivering exceptional digital experiences that drive results for our clients.


Hours and Location

In order to accept this position, you must be willing to meet with your manager once a week. Your manager works the night shift so you many be asked to take a late/early call once a week. Typically your hours will be 6am - 3pm PHT and align with our team in Sydney, AU.

We are a global, remote company so you'll be able to work from the comfort of your own home!


Job Responsibilities

HubSpot Development:

  • Develop fully functional and responsive websites, landing pages, email templates, and custom modules using Hubspot CMS/COS.
  • Create or customize themes using HubSpot coding and styling.
  • Create Dynamic pages using HubDB.
  • Be able to use and configure other features within HubSpot CMS (Content Hub) such as Smart Content, Multi-language content, Multi-region sites, Membership pages, Forms, etc.
  • Own the development requirements end to end across both existing and new customers.
  • Research and solve technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with teammates, senior management, designers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Work with designers to review and ensure the feasibility of website designs and convert their mockups and design direction into fully functional web pages.
  • Contribute to the creation of internal libraries, theme framework(s), reusable resources, and processes.
  • Execute assigned tasks with a high degree of quality, strong attention to detail and on time.

Wordpress Development:

  • Design and implement new features and functionality
  • Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
  • Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
  • Developing and providing maintenance support for WordPress sites
  • Migrating websites from other platforms to WordPress
  • Integrating and setting up plugins like WPML, WooCommerce, Membership, etc.
  • Optimizing page speed of WordPress sites
  • Implementing SEO/CRO best practices in WordPress sites
  • Transforming designs from Figma/Adobe XD layouts into pixel-perfect WordPress websites and blogs
  • Creating responsive website designs
  • Working with version control systems such as GIT / SVN
  • Working under tight deadlines
  • Handling multiple projects at the same time
  • Producing high-quality work with a strong focus on detail

Required Competencies

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Hubspot Development
  • Strong knowledge of Hubspot CMS/COS Development
  • Expertise in Hubspot Custom Theme Development
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, HUBL, Jquery, JavaScript
  • A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques
  • Understanding of W3C Web Standards/Semantics and Accessibility Guidelines
  • An ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at the same time
  • Great attention to detail, highly organized
  • A positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly
  • Experience with BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify (preferred)
  • Experience with ReactJS/AngularJS (preferred)
  • The ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php44,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
