In this role, you will:

Integration Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement MuleSoft-based integration architecture, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technology standards.
  • Develop and maintain integration roadmaps that deliver secure, scalable, and efficient integration solutions.
  • Solution Architecture & Design:
  • Provide architectural guidance and design complex integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Develop detailed API specifications and integration designs for various systems.
  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to best practices, including security, performance, and reusability.

Hands-On Development:

  • Lead and participate in the development and deployment of integration solutions using MuleSoft, including APIs, services, and ETL processes.
  • Build, configure, and deploy MuleSoft applications, connectors, and flows to integrate disparate systems.
  • Optimize MuleSoft solutions for reliability, performance, and scalability.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, systems analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and define integration requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for MuleSoft solutions.

Documentation and Governance:

  • Maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Establish and enforce governance policies, standards, and best practices for integration solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with MuleSoft updates, best practices, and related integration technologies to ensure continuous improvement of integration solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance overall business operations.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in integration architecture and hands-on development with MuleSoft.
  • Advanced MuleSoft certification (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect).
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Expertise in API-led connectivity, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong experience with data transformation, data mapping, and integration patterns.
  • Solid understanding of integration security protocols, including OAuth, SAML, and JWT.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises environments.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Maven.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead technical teams and projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
