We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior SAP Change Management Consultant with a focus on SAP end-user training to join our team. This role will focus on delivering SAP training programs and managing change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of SAP solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP end-user training, change management methodologies, and a working knowledge of Public/Private Cloud environments (such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud or similar solutions).
Key Responsibilities
SAP Training Leadership:
Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP training program, ensuring all training materials and resources align with business needs and technical specifications.
Develop and implement end-user training strategies, curriculum and courses for SAP modules, focusing on end-user training, trainer enablement, and system adoption.
Design, create, and deliver SAP training programs and materials (classroom, virtual, and blended learning) including instructor-led, eLearning and Enable Now to various stakeholders at different levels.
Provide expertise in SAP tools (Enable Now, Signavio), processes, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality training content.
Develop end-user training assessment criteria to track progress and identify areas for improvement required for end-users
Change Management Expertise:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and manage change management initiatives associated with SAP projects.
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to ensure smooth transition during SAP implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
Work with leadership and key stakeholders to define communication strategies, readiness assessments, and change impact analysis.
Provide coaching and support to managers and change agents in order to address resistance and ensure user adoption.
Monitor the progress of change initiatives and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
Public & Private Cloud Expertise:
Bring experience in SAP Public/Private Cloud solutions (such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or other cloud-based SAP tools) to provide guidance on training needs and processes within the cloud environment.
Assist in the migration of legacy systems to SAP Public Cloud solutions and develop training and support strategies tailored for cloud-based environments.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand updates, functionalities, and changes in the cloud solutions and incorporate them into training materials and OCM activities
Collaboration & Reporting:
Partner with business leaders, functional teams, and SAP project managers to align training and change management efforts with organizational goals.
Track and report on training effectiveness, adoption rates, and user feedback, adjusting strategies where needed.
Ensure knowledge transfer to in-house teams to sustain training and change management efforts beyond project completion.
Travel up to 50% required to client sites
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional design, organizational development/leadership/behavior, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of experience in SAP training and change management, with a strong focus on SAP solutions.
Experience working with SAP Public Cloud (SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci or similar certifications).
Proven ability to develop training content, deliver sessions, and manage large training programs.
Demonstrated experience in contributing to sales proposals, sales activities and driving OCM sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
ACMP or Prosci certification preferred
Experience in SAP Cloud training and change management best practices.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning tools.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
