Nebula® Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Nebula Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in the UK. The Nebula Legal team assists attorneys, businesses and investigators with the collection, organization and preparation of data for review and analysis in legal matters, regulatory filings, and investigations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record supporting software sales teams, preferably in the legal technology space. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and excellent teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Support penetration of accounts by providing product-specific expertise in the form of attending qualified sales calls, presenting product demonstrations, providing customer education and assisting in closing sales opportunities.
  • Articulate product messaging and value proposition to prospects which clearly communicates information about complex terms and concepts with a wide range of skill/knowledge levels from novice to expert.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the pre-sales process, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in legal & eDiscovery technology.
  • Be a sounding board for customers and work with internal teams to effectively incorporate product strategy that aligns with market demand.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals to drive business growth.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role supporting B2B software sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with legal technology / eDiscovery solutions.
  • Working knowledge of cloud hyperscaler providers, namely Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies and SaaS software.
  • Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) Certification or demonstrated industry experience that positions the candidate for an immediate, intimate understanding of user behaviors.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and how they can be used to solve business problems, especially those that are relevant to legal discovery.
