As our Senior. Director of Digital Marketing, you will lead and scale our global digital marketing efforts, ensuring the effective execution and optimization of paid, owned, and earned digital channels. You will own the digital marketing budget, drive cross-channel experimentation, and ensure alignment with segment marketing, integrated campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
This leader will be responsible for building out ABX and target marketing capabilities while ensuring demand generation and pipeline acceleration remain at the forefront of our digital strategy.
Significant area's of responsibility include:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels to support pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
Lead efforts to build and refine Account-Based Experiences (ABX) and target marketing in collaboration with GTM stakeholders.
Own and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimized investment across channels to maximize ROI.
Oversee experimentation and optimization efforts to improve digital marketing effectiveness, leveraging AI, personalization, and cross-channel engagement tactics.
Directly manage a team of five individual contributors spanning paid advertising, SEO & web, email & in-app marketing, digital events, and organic social.
Conduct selection and management of agency and contract resources to ensure proper resource allocation, connected execution, and optimization.
Establish clear performance goals, KPIs, and accountability measures for each channel.
Ensure digital marketing efforts are greater than the sum of their parts by fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture within the team.
Partner closely with segment marketing, integrated campaigns, solution marketing, corporate marketing, and BDRs to support planning and execution of integrated campaigns.
Align digital strategies with sales leadership (especially for the Corporate segment) to ensure marketing efforts translate into revenue outcomes.
Support digital marketing efforts beyond demand generation, including employer brand campaigns, customer education, and retention initiatives.
Own digital marketing KPIs, including originated pipeline, generated pipeline, engagement metrics, and ROI across all channels.
Leverage a class-leading marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Metadata, 6sense, HighSpot, Mutiny, etc.) to track and improve performance.
Implement a test-and-learn approach, ensuring continuous improvements in conversion rates, audience targeting, and channel efficiency.
The Sr. Director of Digital Marketing plays a critical role in driving demand generation and pipeline growth through high-performing digital channels. This leader will oversee a team responsible for paid advertising, paid search, SEO & web, email & in-app marketing, digital events, and organic social—ensuring a coordinated, data-driven approach to digital marketing.
This role requires deep cross-functional collaboration across marketing, BDRs, and sales to execute integrated campaigns that support digital demand generation, target marketing, and Account-Based Experiences (ABX). As a global position, the Sr. Director will manage budgets, optimize performance, and drive innovation across all regions.
Additionally, they will work closely with the CMO, senior sales leadership, and cross-functional marketing teams to align digital efforts with strategic business objectives.

Extensive experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Proven leadership experience, managing teams responsible for paid media, SEO, email, and organic social.
Strong track record in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and digital performance optimization.
Industry experience in banking, retail, consumer products, or software is a plus.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Metadata, 6sense, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other leading marketing tools.
