Could This Be For You?:We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Quality Auditor II - Remote. Reporting to the Manager of RCM Quality Audit as part of the Revenue Cycle Performance Group, the Revenue Cycle Quality Auditor position is an integral role in the success of the Revenue Cycle team. The Revenue Cycle Quality Auditor is responsible for performing routine and targeted quality audits of both offshore and onshore processes, with the goal of ensuring that quality and performance standards are being met.
The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, has an eagerness for training and education and exhibits a patient and calm demeanor. Candidate must have extensive revenue cycle experience understanding the full RCM Cycle including but not limited to: Patient registration, benefit review, prior authorization processes, coding and billing, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections.

Pay range of $17.88 to $27.90 per hour + annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
