The System Applications Developer will play a key role in building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other business-critical systems. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and experience using integration and API tools like Mulesoft, Apigee, etc. They will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design efficient solutions, and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

Reports to: Sr. Director of Data & Business Systems
What You Will Own
Integration Development:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using API or gateway tools.
Implement APIs, data transformations, and workflows to facilitate data exchange.
Monitor and optimize integration performance.
Salesforce Development:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
Collaboration and Problem Solving:
Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and Visualforce.
3+ years of experience in system integration using tools like Mulesoft, Apigee, or similar.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
Proficiency in integration patterns, APIs, and data transformation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
