The CPQ Admin/Dev is responsible for the design, development, administration, and maintenance of the Salesforce CPQ system. This role ensures that the CPQ solution aligns with business requirements, streamlines the sales process, and enhances quote accuracy and efficiency.
This position will be remote based in Brazil
Reports to: Sr. Director of Data & Business Insights
What You Will Own
CPQ System Administration: Manage the day-to-day implementation of the CPQ platform and system configuration.
CPQ Development: Develop and customize the CPQ solution to meet specific business needs, integrating with other systems like CRM, ERP, and billing.
Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize the quote-to-cash process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions within the CPQ system.
Data Management: Maintain data integrity within the CPQ system, ensuring accurate pricing, product configurations, and customer information.
User Support: Provide technical support to sales teams and other users of the CPQ system.
System Integration: Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate the CPQ system with other enterprise applications..
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CPQ processes, configurations, and customizations.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
Proven experience configuring and developing complex quoting systems.
Solid understanding of sales processes and quote-to-cash cycles.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in CPQ development and administration.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
