Summary

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to manage and optimize the deployment and release of our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management best practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient releases.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce applications and deliver them to production.
  • Own the delivery and maintenance of Salesforce custom functionality and integrations by working iteratively with the design, engineers, and product owners to define and deliver.
  • Use monitoring and instrumentation to evaluate the success of your code and maintain quality.
  • Work in an agile, data-driven environment and have true ownership of the features you work on, from gathering requirements to delivering results.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to improve your code (logs, usage analytics, monitoring).

Experience:

  • 5+ years experience as a Software Developer.
  • 4+ years of expertise with Salesforce technologies.
  • Experience in Apex.
  • Good Experience with Salesforce platform production deployments in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with deployment tools like Jenkins, GitHub, BitBucket, VScode,

Technical Knowledge:

  • Salesforce is a must.
  • Apex is a must.
  • Angular, Rxjs, and TypeScript experience is a plus.
  • Experience with responsive development: Frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Javascript, HTML 5, and CSS.
  • Less or Sass.
  • Unit Testing.
  • NPM or Yarn.
  • Git.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured development processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills based on standard procedures.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • English level: Advanced
