Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and ensures seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a high level of discretion, initiative, and exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate will provide executive-level support while also handling some personal assistant responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize emails, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Utilize productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom) to streamline operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong written and spoken English (fluency preferred).
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Friendly, adaptable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, finance, startups, or small teams.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Asana, Slack, or other project management tools.
