Experience & Expertise: Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, marketing, customer support, or administrative roles, preferably within vending services, hospitality, or B2B industries. CRM & Outreach Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Google Sheets), email automation tools (Mailchimp), and lead management systems. Client Communication & Organizational Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to conduct outreach, follow up with leads, and handle client concerns professionally. Technical & Software Competency: Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, Drives, and Slides), Zoom, Slack, and business intelligence tools like Google Maps and LinkedIn for research. Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and drive business growth. Social Media & Digital Marketing Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite for optimizing online campaigns and managing customer engagement.
Core responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct targeted email campaigns to businesses, property managers, and school administrators to introduce vending services, utilizing platforms like Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, and Mailchimp. Prospecting & Client Engagement: Connect with facility managers, HR directors, and business owners via LinkedIn + Sales Navigator, managing lead tracking and outreach efforts in CRM and Google Sheets. Follow-Up & Referral Program Management: Send timely follow-ups to potential clients who have shown interest but haven’t responded; oversee referral programs to encourage existing clients to bring in new business, ensuring accurate tracking in Google Sheets and CRM. Social Media Outreach & Ad Help: Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage direct outreach on FB, IG, and LinkedIn; track ad performance and recommend optimizations using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. Customer Support & Satisfaction: Address client inquiries via Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, and Slack; manage restock requests & ensure service issues are escalated promptly through Slack and email. Conduct satisfaction surveys using Google Forms & Typeform to improve service quality. Administrative & Growth Initiatives: Maintain client email inboxes, schedule sales meetings via Google Calendar, prepare sales proposals through Google Docs and DocuSign, research new business opportunities via LinkedIn and business directories, and monitor competitor activity through Google Search + social media.
