About the Role
Attentive’s Strategic Programs team is looking for a dynamic Associate Project Manager with a strategic mindset to help accelerate the rollout of our most innovative products and solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to drive the successful launch, adoption, and optimization of new products. You will play a key role in refining operational processes to enhance efficiency and scale, ensuring seamless execution.

This role offers the opportunity to impact one or multiple high-impact projects, including our latest AI innovations. Success in this role requires strong collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, product, and design to define go-to-market strategies and ensure our newest innovations drive meaningful results for our customers.

What You'll Accomplish
  • Onboard customers to Attentive’s newest products and solutions by working with our product leads to formulate and launch a GTM strategy, and growing a strong customer adoption and performance
  • Project manage product implementations that may involve a number of stakeholders & multiple work streams to ensure success.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex customer problems using the Attentive suite of tools
  • Support Product Leads and Sr. Project Managers with launches while learning project management and technical solution best practices
  • Collaborate closely with our Account Managers and Customer Success team to deliver the ideal customer onboarding experience

  • Translate customer feedback into specific product requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement to inform the product strategy and roll out best practices for using Attentive’s newest innovations

  • Your Expertise
  • 1+ years of experience supporting customer's in a technical nature (Implementation, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, etc.) required
  • Experience with an ESP, CDP, etc. is strongly preferred
  • Strong background in project management and navigating complex tech stacks
  • Comfortable learning new software (for design, data management, and internal tools)
  • Creativity in expanding product rollouts and vision for a product roadmap

    For US based applicants:
    - The US base salary range for this full-time position is $56,000 - $75,000 annually + equity + benefits
    - Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
