Roles and Responsibilities:

Remain current on industry and customer issues by attending trade shows, and reading trade journals
Remain current on all reimbursement issues related to PharmaLogic's products and customers
Identify and recommend new product opportunities and/or service changes though surveying customer needs and trends
Perform other duties not defined as assigned on occasion
Contract Administration
Maintain database of all customer contracts and Business Associate Agreements
Collaborate with sales managers on strategic renewals and new business agreements
Utilize custom templates within organization for standardized agreements and negotiations
Create and conduct effective proposal/contract presentations and RFP (request for proposal) responses
Prepare, present, and manage customer contracts in accordance with standard procedures and customers' profitability profiles
Effective and timely management of contract process within the SalesForce Opportunity structure
Develop and maintain customer pricing and proposal models
Strong knowledge of Federal and Veterans Administration RFP processes and execution
Collaborate with the Finance team to assist the sales team in effective management of unique terms and conditions, including rebate structures, aging A/R payment terms, and other situations as they arise
SalesForce Administration
Utilize company’s customer relationship management system to maintain accurate records and maximize customer base potential
Maintain accurate reporting of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
Introduce and train sales team on effective use of new and existing functionality to increase territory management planning and execution of business directives
Implement and maintain active opportunities (pipeline) to maximize value of PharmaLogic’s client base
Integrate sales data into dashboard(s) to help drive sales goals
Sales Team SharePoint Manager
Collaborate with IT to build and maintain active SharePoint sites to house all necessary documentation and templates vital to the success of the Sales Team
Investigate and implement new solutions to better enable the Sales Team’s focus on territory management and client calls – iPad deployment, etc.
Sales Analysis – Analyze sales financial objectives and forecasting requirements by analyzing variances and trends to initiate positive actions
Prepare regular sales reports to PharmaLogic executive team including pipeline activities and progress
Develop annual sales plan which details activities to follow during the fiscal year
Prepare sales budget, forecasts, and market analysis
Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional areas of sales through collaboration with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals
Collaboration with Strategic Partners and Vendors
Effectively lay out commercialization plans for new and acquired products
Coordinate and manage appropriate data collection required through partnership contracts with Pharma companies
Utilize expertise in 340B, FSS, and other specialty pricing platforms for inclusive interaction with Vendor partners
Liaison with internal Finance team to effectively manage changing landscapes with Vendor partners
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in science related field preferred
At least four years of experience in Nuclear Medicine or other imaging modalities preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Superior teamwork, multi-tasking, and time/project management skills
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
Salesforce Admin experience and report generation skills
