You have 2+ years of experience in ERP (Enterprise resource planning), software implementation, and WMS (Warehouse management system).
You are proficient in customer success, data mapping, data migration, and data validation.

Utilize advanced techniques in Excel, CSV, and text data manipulation and analysis.

Ensure successful software implementation and customer success.
Provide training and support to clients throughout the implementation phase.
Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Requirements
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in software implementation, ERP/WMS configuration, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with ERP and WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Manhattan Associates).
Proven track record in data validation and ensuring the accuracy of uploaded data.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in email communication, virtual meetings, and customer success strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
