Compensation:
USD 2K - 2.6K/month.

Location:
Remote (for México and Perú residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
  • You have 2+ years of experience in ERP (Enterprise resource planning), software implementation, and WMS (Warehouse management system).
  • You are proficient in customer success, data mapping, data migration, and data validation.
  • English - Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients in North America to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Customize ERP and WMS software solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Execute data uploads and migrations from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform data mapping and validation to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Utilize advanced techniques in Excel, CSV, and text data manipulation and analysis.
  • Communicate effectively via email with clients and internal teams for updates and feedback.
  • Ensure successful software implementation and customer success.
  • Provide training and support to clients throughout the implementation phase.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP and WMS implementation.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in software implementation, ERP/WMS configuration, or a related field.

  • Experience with ERP and WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Manhattan Associates).
  • Proven track record in data validation and ensuring the accuracy of uploaded data.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in email communication, virtual meetings, and customer success strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
