UK Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

A dynamic and growing Block and Estate Property Management company, servicing London, Hertfordshire, and Essex. The company prides itself on delivering excellent property management services, and they are now looking to expand by hiring a Property Manager to join their team remotely and help them achieve their ambitious goals.

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team. This role requires an expert in residential block management, with a focus on client relations, compliance, and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and estates, ensuring compliance with all lease and legal requirements.

  • Resident & Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and clients, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Compliance & Regulations: Work with the UK compliance team to ensure properties comply with relevant health and safety regulations, fire safety laws, and leasehold legislation.

  • Service Charge & Budgets: Assist in the preparation and management of service charge budgets, working with accountants to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and planned works, liaising with contractors and ensuring quality standards.

  • Site Visits & Inspections: Put together a site visit report based on the pictures and information supplied by the UK team.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with freeholders, leaseholders, and directors, providing updates and professional guidance on property-related matters.

  • Dispute Resolution: Handle complaints, disputes, and legal issues professionally and in line with best practices.



Requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property/block management.

  • Strong knowledge of UK leasehold and estate management regulations.

  • Experience handling service charges, maintenance, and compliance.

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to learn new CRM for Property Management.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with the wider team.


Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in client account management and dispute resolution.

  • Previous experience working remotely in a property management role.
