As a Sr. Product Manager, Data Analytics, with WorkForce Software, you will leverage your technical expertise, product management knowledge, and agile methodology skills to create and manage product artifacts (epics, features, hypothesis statements, user stories, etc.) for development by our engineering teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the transformation and modernization of our data environment to serve the analytical and reporting needs of our customers, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity between our solutions and various enterprise software platforms. You will be responsible for driving the roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering analytics initiatives that enhance product interoperability. Additionally, you will work closely with business partners, users, design, and development teams to ensure our products exceed expectations, with strategic measurement of Objectives and Key Results to guide success. Responsibilities • Own the development and data presentation of the product’s analytics platform • Represent the business value and needs of program/product-level stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overarching product strategy and customer requirements • Define, prioritize, and manage the team backlog, including Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria with regards to ingesting and incorporating new data points or integrations into an existing data pipeline, to ensure efficient delivery of product features and enhancements • Oversee the development of client-facing reporting dashboards ensuring a cohesive and consistent analytics experience for DV customers • Own the evolution of reporting products or features, acting as the subject matter expert and "voice of the customer" who are seeking to answer complex questions for their business. • Drive the vision, market strategy, design, implementation, and sustainment of products alongside leadership and delivery teams • Champion agile methodologies and lean practices among business and technical partners, fostering cross-functional collaboration • Work closely with to ensure all product artifacts meet the definition of ready and definition of done • Work closely with product managers, scrum masters, design, and delivery teams in the development of data wrangling workflows and high-quality data visualization solutions solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with broader product goals. • Define and drive the Data & Analytics Product roadmap, aligning with business goals and market needs • Generate and refine new product ideas, use cases, and features by analyzing problems, identifying value, and using data to validate hypotheses • Set and communicate clear OKRs to align the team and drive product success • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform improvement decisions • Pursue data quality, troubleshoots data validation, and sees issues to resolution • Utilize data and analytics to understand market needs and drive product direction • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to improve product performance and usability • Ensure that products meet technical standards, including security, scalability, and performance benchmarks • Balance commercial, technical, operational, and strategic priorities to guide product enhancements and optimizations • Manage impediments, resolve issues, and identify areas for improvement during the product execution phase • Facilitate effective quarterly planning and goal setting to achieve product objectives • Actively seek and provide feedback from business partners, teams, and peers to drive continuous improvement • Participate in agile ceremonies and provide coaching to foster agile practices across the team • Align with other product managers and organizational leaders to ensure consistency in product, company, and customer perspectives • Build and maintain strong business relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to drive optimal outcomes for both products and customers Requirements • Experience in technical roles such as previous technical product management role, engineering, or architecture, taking technical products from conception to launch • Proficient in software development, APIs, and/or cloud technologies • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design discussions and decisions with customers, partners and internal teams. • Possess high levels of ownership, adaptability, and attention to detail • Experienced in all areas of the Product Process (all phases in both strategy and execution) • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities while maximizing value • Experienced across a wide array of SDLC practices such as agile, waterfall, and corresponding frameworks • Knowledge and experience with translating data and analytics into insights • Ability to define, quantify, drive, and champion value add product strategies • Ability to remain updated on trends in Big Data, Analytics & Business Intelligence to inform product decisions and maintain competitive advantages. • Ability to develop deep business expertise and provide thought partnership around our products and features • Ability to perform across multiple phases of development for complex efforts, from ideation to launch • Experienced in product execution best practices, methodologies, and frameworks • Genuine empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience • Proven ability to work and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including story-telling, relationship-building, influence and negotiation • Proven track record of products managed, launched, or developed (working samples may be asked for during interview process)  Desired Skills • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification  • SAFe Agilist certified • Experience with Cloud, APIs, SaaS, Jira, and SQL software and systems • Experience managing the development of reporting data pipeline and analytics user interfaces in an agile environment • Working knowledge of BigData technologies such as Kafka, Snowflake, etc • Experience with data visualization / BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc • Possess a deep understanding of data models, data structures and data relationships • Peripheral certifications such as CSM, PMP, CBAP, etc.  Education • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience 
Travel  • Ability to travel up to 10-20%, with potential for international travel

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
