About the role:

This is a crucial Commercial Excellence Business Partner role within the UKI region, presenting an exciting opportunity to make your mark as a strong Commercial Business Partner with focus on our Continence Care, Ostomy Care, Infusion Care, and our FMS Business units. You will have the autonomy to shape the best practices by reviewing our current processes and introducing efficiencies which will feed into the Global Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) model in line with a strong team’s culture. Insights are integral and should be at the forefront of your role.

The Geographical scope of this role will be the UKI markets.

Your Key duties and responsibilities:

Sales Incentive Plans:

  • Own the process on producing sales data for the incentive plans

  • Setting and sense-checking sales force targets

  • Measuring and tracking sales force performance in sales and activity

  • Producing the performance vs target reports for HR to complete payment

Sales Reporting:

  • Interpreting multiple data sources to provide metrics on sales productivity and market share through PBI Reporting

  • Collating data from heterogeneous sources and aggregating (ETL) processes

  • Working closely with Global Business Services to ensure the processing of data on a timely basis ensuring high quality and accuracy reflected into Power BI Reporting dashboards

  • Work with Insights team, Business Partners and SFE Director to support changes to reporting, including development of dashboards.

  • Enable business ownership and self-service of reporting once dashboards are delivered through training

CRM:

  • Understand and support the loading of Segmentation

  • Ensure Territories reflect ownership correctly

  • Champion appropriate use of CRM data

  • Ad hoc support as required

Training new starters:

  • Power BI and CRM system outputs

Insights supporting Informed Decision Marking:

  • Produce analysis of our customer trends, CRM system outputs, sharing Insights and recommendations to the SFE Director and Commercial Directors

  • Supporting new product launches

  • Identifying and investigating discrepancies

  • Presenting insight to the various sales and marketing teams

  • Market insight – competitor analysis

About you:

Key requirements

Education/ Qualifications:

  • Business School graduate, Master’s degree or equivalent

  • High proficiency and experience with Analytics, SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, QlikView, Tableau

  • Experience with MS Dynamics or another CRM desirable

  • Awareness of common data quality issues and ways to resolve them

  • Knowledge of a sales cycle within the Healthcare environment
