Responsibilities:
  • Manage an 6-10 person cross-functional engineering team

  • Coaching engineers on your team to help them grow personally and professionally
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization to index for greatest impact
Requirements:

Estimated cash compensation: $225k-$260k + Equity DOE
