Assistant Property Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: TBD (Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone)

Salary: $1,000 per month

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with bookkeeping experience to support our property management operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry in QuickBooks and Buildium, along with strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves financial record-keeping, tenant coordination, and maintenance scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry in QuickBooks and Buildium.
  • Collect and assign rent payments using Buildium.
  • Analyze receipts and track expenses for accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist with maintenance coordination and scheduling.
  • Help track and manage property budgets.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping (required).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Buildium.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial data.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
