Oracle Cloud HCM Managed Services Sr. Consultant 2025

Due to continued growth and the need to expand in Elire’s Managed Services Practice, Elire is currently looking to add an Oracle Cloud HCM Managed Services Sr. Consultant to join our Managed Services Oracle Cloud team.

We want to add professionals to our Cloud Managed Services team who are motivated to continue learn and expand upon their knowledge of the Oracle Cloud HCM workspace as well as the technology that supports it.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Be the client-facing representative of Elire for our Cloud HCM Managed Services area.
Manage the daily ticket queue within the Elire Help Desk, assisting with the triage and delegation of tasks to the appropriate team members.
Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly (as-needed) client meetings to ensure their needs are being met and tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
Conduct team meetings to help manage workload and remove any blockers.
Assist an Elire Partner to create the yearly Managed Services Cloud budget.
Support the sales and marketing team with any new prospects or RFPs.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

5+ years of experience in upgrading and/or implementing Oracle Cloud HCM as a Functional Specialist/Consultant.
Extensive experience across multiple functional areas of Cloud HCM such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and/or Compensation.
Strong experience in leading a team of Oracle Cloud consultants and providing business process consulting expertise.
Ability to gather business requirements, perform functional fit/gap analysis, present best practices, and create current & future process flow diagrams.
Experience in risk analysis, recommending solutions, alternatives, and workarounds.
Ability to create functional specs for the technical team, configure modules, design testing strategies, and lead all phases of the implementation/upgrade life cycle.
Effective liaison between client executives, business analysts, and the technical team.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver and express ideas clearly to clients both in-person and virtually. Can control & lead a room or a Zoom!!
