We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, customer-focused, and well-versed in both distribution and direct sales models—ideally within industrial manufacturing. You'll play a key role in providing Des-Case’s technical product solutions, helping customers improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and boost sustainability.
This role also offers a clear path for career growth, with proven Inside Sales Specialists having the potential to advance into an Outside Sales position.

Territory: Covers WA, OR, CA, AZ, NM, NV, UT, CO, ID, WY, and MT. While travel is limited, the ideal candidate will reside within the territory and near a major airport for occasional trips to Des-Case headquarters in Nashville, TN and customer site visits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Collaborate with distribution partners to execute sales strategies within industrial manufacturing. Ensure consistent growth and performance with distribution channels, while also supporting end-user customers directly.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationship with distribution partners and end-users for product inquiries, order management, and technical support with the use of telephone, video conference, and email by meeting or exceeding daily sales metrics.
- Pipeline and Lead Management: Develop, manage, and maintain through every sales stage including pipeline creation, technical support, negation and quotation, follow-up and purchase order management. Identify and qualify new leads from distribution partners and end-users in manufacturing industry verticals. Convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the assigned Regional Sales Manager(s) to support sales activities, meet and exceed sales goals, work with other internal departments including customer service, marketing, and operations to ensure customer are fully supported and any product-related or delivery issues are promptly addressed.
- Product Knowledge & Training: Gain a deep technical understanding of Des-Case solutions to provide distributors and end-users with in-depth technical knowledge that includes product training sessions, tools, and other resources to ensure customers understand how to maximize the performance and lifespan of our solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Become an expert on Des-Case core competencies. Become an expert on the competition (know the industry “in and out”). Share customer insights and feedback including new product/technologies and market trends with sales and product teams to stay ahead of customer needs and industry shifts.

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the reliability industry or similar technical fields.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across distribution partners and end-users in industrial manufacturing.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of reliability products, solutions, and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to understand and convey complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- 2+ years of sales experience preferably in industrial manufacturing, lubrication, or filtration.
- MLT I Certification or higher a plus
- CRM/Salesforce experience a plus
- Bachelor Degree in business admin or sales & marketing
- Ability to travel up to 15% (Required training at Headquarters in Nashville, TN, and occasional customer site visits
- Preferred previous experience working fully remote
