What You'll Do:
Work closely with case teams, debtors, counsel, restructuring advisors, and court representatives to effectively administer large-scale Chapter 11 cases.
Proactively manage and anticipate case needs, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and preparation for key case milestones.
Oversee communication and service processes to creditors, managing large-scale mailings, public websites, and ensuring all information is accurate and timely.
Assist clients and legal professionals with preparation of critical documents, including Schedules of Assets and Liabilities, and Statements of Financial Affairs.
Maintain detailed case records by reconciling data from filed claims, ballots, and updates, reflecting modifications from court pleadings.
Manage solicitation processes, handle inquiries from creditors, and ensure clear, professional communication.
Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and projects to meet tight deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree required; JD, paralegal certification, or legal industry experience highly preferred.
Minimum of two years' relevant experience in corporate restructuring or related industry.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to interface professionally with clients and internal teams.
Proven ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and dependable with regard to confidentiality.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Additional Information:
Occasional travel may be required (less than 15%).

The annual salary for this role is currently $82,000.00-$95,000.00. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members. The salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, at the Company’s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
