Als Mitarbeiter*in in diesem spannenden Projekt bist du direkt an der Optimierung der Prozesse im Organisations- und Zeitmanagement eines öffentlichen Mobilitätsdienstleisters beteiligt. Du erhältst Einblick in komplexe Abläufe und Strukturen, analysierst bestehende Prozesse und deckst Verbesserungspotenziale auf. In interdisziplinären Workshops mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen sammelst du wertvolle Informationen, dokumentierst Schwachstellen sowie SAP-Anbindungen und entwickelst daraus durchdachte SOLL-Konzepte. Deine Arbeit bildet die Grundlage für konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen – und damit für echte Veränderung.
