EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to add to our growing Outsourced Services Resource Management team.

Our Resource Management team is responsible for providing our colleagues with reasonable and meaningful experiences to promote their career growth by developing and building diverse teams. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner working closely with Outsourced Services Line Leaders and colleagues at all levels and will also collaborate with other internal functional groups firmwide.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:  
  • Collaborate with Outsourced Services project managers and other leaders focusing on preparing and executing a resource capacity plan and resource schedules. 

  • Allocate resources to projects, including assigning the appropriate personnel to job roles within a project.

  • Forecast the need for and identifies the qualifications of new colleagues to match the upcoming project needs. 

  • Proactively address issues related to utilization and provide feedback to leadership/HR Business Partner regarding employee development, morale and performance.

  • Engage and coordinate with India leadership on rightshore colleague resources to ensure overall staffing needs are being met and utilized across the Practice Area and Service Line.

  • Help employees gain appropriate project-related experiences for their career progression.

  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and update schedules as needed.

  • Assist in managing overall workforce planning by monitoring headcount, turnover, utilization, and other key metrics

  • May assist HR Business Partner and Talent Management group providing feedback for annual review process.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on the recruiting needs of the Outsourced Services Group.

  • Analyze and distribute scheduling, time and utilization reports to Outsourced Services Group.

  • Address resource demands within the Outsourced Services group for all projects’ successful delivery. 

  • Monitor and manage employee’s workload, utilization, and overtime hours.

  • Overcome resource shortages by means of resource management techniques, reallocating resources and assigning staff.

  • Inform senior leadership and project managers of any issues related to the inability to meet project needs due to resourcing.

  • Keep abreast of all current and upcoming projects with the service line and business development activities to plan resourcing accordingly.

  • Communicate with leadership on identification of issues and/or concerns and other similar items.

  • Collaborate with EisnerAmper University team and HR Business Partner to provide/assist with the internal and on-the-job training needs of staff members.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with diverse group of clients, team members and subject matter experts.

  • Document procedures performed, findings or other issues, draft/compile reports, presentations and correspondence including but not limited to scheduling and time and utilization. 

Basic Qualifications: ​
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Prior experience in a professional service organization, such as Consulting, Law or CPA firm

Preferred/Desired Qualifications: 
  • Project management capability and self-discipline to complete and finalize engagements and open items.

  • Highly organized and capable of performing multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and strong analytical skills.

  • Experience working with Employee Engagement concepts & programs.

  • Demonstrate effective leadership, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Runn.io software preferred. 

  • Experience with Workday is a plus.

  • High degree of professionalism including the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Technical proficiency with the capability of performing at an advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite of products or similar software applications.  Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) preferred.

  • Prior HR-related experience is a plus. 

  • May be required to travel and work from different company and/or client locations.

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between

85000

and

150000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
