We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Playwright to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in automated testing, scripting, and CI/CD integration, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test plans and acceptance criteria
Create and execute end-to-end, functional, regression, and UI tests for web applications
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects, ensuring timely resolution
Optimize and improve existing test frameworks and methodologies
Conduct performance and load testing to ensure application reliability
Maintain test environments, test data, and test case repositories
Some Must-Haves
3+ years of experience in QA automation and test development
Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation testing
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills for scripting automated tests
Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira, or similar)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting test failures
Strong understanding of cross-browser and cross-device testing
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment

Other Information
The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients; thus, background checks will be required.
