Ensure consistent achievement of sales goals and quotas.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead high-level negotiations across a range of contract types (business, financial, and legal terms), ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. Navigate complex decision-making processes and secure long-term partnerships.

Qualifications & Expertise

  • Deep Insurance Industry Knowledge: Minimum of 10 years experience selling into the insurance industry and possesses a strong understanding of the insurance sector, including market dynamics, terminology, operations, technology, challenges, and regulatory landscape. Experience with BPO, InsurTech, or consulting services is highly desirable.
