We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our growing team and support the ongoing development and enhancement of our Property Insurance Valuation Platform (PIVP). This online platform provides fast, cost-effective property valuations using global data and advanced analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that help clients analyze property portfolios, mitigate risks, and improve decision-making processes.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
Research and document your customer personas (buyers and users), the jobs they do, what they need to be successful, what problems they face, and what alternatives are available to them.
Support the sales team during client engagements by providing product demos and addressing technical questions.
Prototype innovative solutions to address customer problems.
Drive implementation efficiency across your application.
Support the end-to-end deployment process for new client implementations, ensuring seamless configuration and integration of the platform.
Coordinate with offshore teams to manage the technical deployment of new features and ensure quality control.
Essential Traits
